Welcome to the Kasata Films website (the "Company", "we", "us"). Use of kasatafilms.com is subject to the following terms. By browsing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

The Site serves as the brand presence of Kasata Films - a creative studio and video production company. It presents previous work, services, editorial content (blog), and enables contact for consultations and quotes. All content on the Site - including but not limited to videos, commercials, brand films, photographs, texts, concepts, scripts, logos, graphics, code, and media files - constitutes intellectual property of Kasata Films or of the clients who commissioned the production, and is protected by the Copyright Act 2007 and international law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
• The brand names "Kasata Films" and the logo are trademarks of the Company.
• Client names, brands, and campaigns mentioned on the Site are displayed for brand and portfolio purposes only, and belong to their respective legal owners.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• View content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to pages on the Site.
• Save a copy to your device for private repeated viewing.

You may not:

• Modify, edit, or use content in any other medium without prior written consent.
• Use content to train artificial intelligence models (AI training) without explicit written consent.
• Perform automated scraping, non-public crawling, or any attempt to overload the servers.
• Upload to the Site any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful.

9. Production Services Beyond the Site

These terms govern use of this Site only. Kasata Films' production services (directing, production, cinematography, editing, AI, etc.) are governed by a separate contract signed with the client for each project, which supersedes this document with respect to the service itself.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is the binding one, and the update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
